Entry Forms must be sent to the convener at least one week prior to Championships
**There are two similar forms and both must be completed.
One is used for selection and the other for Sydney West Information.

Each Zone must supply their own competent, badged umpire. Umpires will umpire their own zones.
Any junior umpire (15-18yrs) still at school, with at least a National C badge will be considered for selection to be the Sydney West Umpire at the PSSA Netball State Championship with possibility of NSW PSSA State selection.
Each player must have a number (1-10) on their arms and legs for easy identification. This number must be the same as nominated on entry form.
N.B. TEAMS ARE TO BE READY TO PLAY 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED STARTING TIME OF ROUND ONE.
DRAW MAY BE CHANGED AT CONVENER'S DISCRETION
All athletes selected in the Sydney West team will be required to pay a levy and purchase a uniform. The selected Sydney West Team will compete at NSW PSSA Netball State Championships to be held in Homebush, 29 - 31 July 2026.
