Dress:
All members are to wear Oztag shorts and be dressed in Zone shirts.
Uniforms consist of numbered shirt, Oztag shorts or tights, and socks with footwear.
Footwear-shoes without screw-in studs/cleats are to be worn. Moulded soles with studs less than one (1) cm in length are permitted.
Players incorrectly attired, especially without Oztag endorsed shorts will not be permitted to remain on the field of play.
Entry
Zones are requested to limit their sides to no more than 16 players.
Each zone convener must submit an Entry form (DOCX 77.31 KB) with players numbers to the convener at the pre-carnival meeting
Duration of games:
The championships will be a round robin format with a final between the top two teams. OR every team will play each other once. The team at the top of the table will be declared association champions.
Games in the round robin and final will be of 15 minutes duration, with a 1 minute half time.
*Drawn Finals-In the event of the final being a drawn game, at full time the team who was in possession of the ball will receive the ball. Play will continue until a team scores.
All teams are required to stay until the presentation.
Rules:
The playing rules of Oztag will apply unless otherwise stated.
A sin bin will operate for all matches.
A try is worth one (1) point.
No injury time will be allowed.
Each team must bring its own football.
Format:
A two pool system will operate
A competition draw will be available on the day for all conveners.
In the event of wet weather ring 9839 6575. If grounds are closed no games will be played.
