Nominations
- The trial is restricted to students in year 9 or above who have been approved to trial by their school.
- Students nominating to trial must complete the DASH Application Platform including payment of levy 1 week prior to the trial date.
- The purpose of the trial is to select a Hunter team to compete at the NSWCHS Boys Football Championships. Students unavailable for the championships should not attend the Hunter trial - for information visit NSWCHS page. Select either find events or view calendar and use the filter tool to refine your search.
Format of trial
- All players take part in warm-up and skill sessions before simulated game situations.
- Elimination of players up until a final possibles versus probables game.
- Selectors will choose the final team based on performances in this game and throughout the trial.
Students attending trial
- Students will not be allowed to participate unless the completed Hunter SSA DASH registration has been submitted and trial levy has been paid.
- Students must wear football boots and shin pads when trialling.
- No club shirts to be worn.
- Please bring a water bottle, medication (if required) and adequate food and sun protection.
- Any postponement or cancellation will be announced on this website and the Hunter SSA Facebook page.
- All competitors and spectators must abide by the Hunter SSA code of conduct located on the Hunter applications and forms page.
