Important Note for Principals regarding External Providers

External providers can be used as part of a school’s sport and physical activity program to provide extension activities above normal teacher / school expectations.

External providers must never hold the duty of care of students, a teacher must be present to provide supervision.

This supervising teacher must be employed by one of the NSW education sectors (DoE, CEC, AIS) on the day of the activity.
