Nomination forms
The Department of Education School Sport Unit and NSW Combined High Schools Association now accepts nominations for roles through the online system known as DASH.
Teachers can register for a role and then be granted approval through their school principal.
Please note: casual and retired teachers not appointed to a school will be reviewed by the NSWCHSSA office.
Once a teacher role has been approved, they can ‘apply for a position’ on the dashboard to apply online.

Coach and manager applications close on the first Friday of Week 1, Term 4 each year.
Executive and sport convener applications close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year.
Assistant sport convener applications close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year.

There are two levels of grant available:
Eligibility to Apply for a NSWCHSSA Representative Sporting Grant Your child has been selected to represent NSWCHSSA in a state team at a state or national event and you meet either criteria A or B below: A) You have more than one (1) child representing NSWCHSSA in the same year. B) Your child is required to travel more than 400km from your home address to the championship venue. You can confirm the distance by using Google Maps. Note 1: Applications must be submitted and endorsed by the school principal before the championship. Applications received after the championship will not be considered. Note 2: Only one (1) NSWCHSSA Representative Sporting Grant will be considered per family per year. Note 3: NSWCHSSA representatives involved in a tour are not able to utilise their selection in the tour to meet the criteria to apply for a NSWCHSSA Representative Sporting Grant. |

NSWCHSSA State Sport Conveners may nominate students to receive a Sport Blue Award. Nominations close on the last Friday of Term 3 each year. |
